I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing for a late check-in. The rooms were spacious and luxuriously decorated, providing everything I needed. The cleanliness and attention to detail were exceptional. The breakfast was the best I had during my trip, with freshly made fruit salad and high-quality ham and cheese. The hotel had great facilities, including a swimming pool and secure bicycle room. The location was convenient, with a short walk to the city center and the nearby thermal baths.

The couple that run the hotel are extremely nice and helpful and give all the information about the thermal park. Our room was huge and very comfortable. We were suposed to stay two nights and ended to stay an extra one. An hotel to comeback in our next trip to Austria.

Great staff , very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They provided good recommendations for attractions and restaurants. Clean and spacious rooms , plenty of storage, especially for travelers with bikes. Convenient location , close to the main spa and within walking distance of other attractions.

Sauna restrictions , having to give notice to use the sauna facilities, even during the hotel's stated hours of operation, was an inconvenience. Limited WiFi speed , the WiFi connection was slow at times, which could be frustrating trying to browse the internet or use online services.
